The Origin of a Technological Alliance
Venezuelan engineer Carlos Hernandez visited TWERD, a partner manufacturing facility in Poland, for the first time. After evaluating various options across Europe, he selected this plant due to its openness, accessibility, and the exceptional technical expertise of its engineers and programmers. That year marked the beginning of a strategic co-development initiative. Drawing on the rigorous technical specifications of Venezuela’s oil fields, the team designed a standard unit offering maximum adaptability. Engineer Carlos Hernandez collaborated with the factory’s specialists for 60 days to develop specialized power quality algorithms; this effort successfully ensured operational continuity during power outages lasting less than a
Initial Prototypes and Field Tests
The initial functional prototypes of the equipment are finalized. These undergo rigorous field testing in the Orinoco Oil Belt, demonstrating satisfactory performance and validating the design under the sector’s most critical operational conditions.
Advanced Simulation and Control Evolution
Engineer Carlos Hernandez leads the development of virtual simulations to enhance the equipment’s intelligence. Vector control, sensorless operation, protection systems, and field-weakening algorithms are integrated and refined, alongside the consolidation of specialized algorithms for backspin and torque control.
Successful Market Deployment
The first 40 units have officially entered service at one of Venezuela’s most important oil fields. The deployment concluded with highly successful results, solidifying the effectiveness, reliability, and value of our solution in demanding environments.
